Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) / State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, grooming, and meals
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes independence and dignity
• Document care and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to follow individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Build connections and provide companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life

Qualifications

• Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training provided)
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
