Position: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

Location: Toledo, Ohio

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $90K to $140K

• Perform clinical obligations: daily clinical rounds, lead multidisciplinary rounds, assess patients, order and review diagnostic testing, formulate and alter clinical plans of care, prescribe appropriate treatments within scope.
• Collaborate with patients and families to provide continuity of care, teaching, and maintain high patient/family satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to staff concerns, stabilize patients, seek consultation as needed.
• Follow evidence‑based practice guidelines, prevent complications, protect patient well‑being.
• Obtain and organize data to assist attending and consulting physicians with admissions, consultations, progress notes, discharges; physician responsible for documentation.
• Demonstrate measurable impact: increase patient satisfaction, decrease acute care events, prevent adverse events, champion nurse‑driven protocols, drive mechanical ventilation liberation rates.
• Act as mentor to bedside clinical staff; provide leadership for clinical initiatives.
• Maintain high ethical standards and follow all company service standards.
• Annually update NP professional portfolio; perform other duties as assigned.

• Permanent State Registered Nurse License and Certificate of Authority.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
• National Nurse Practitioner Certification (Adult, Acute Care, or Family) through AANP or ANCC.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge and skills related to care of adolescent through advanced age necessary.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
