Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) - Full-time
Position: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Location: Toledo, Ohio
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $90K to $140K

- Perform clinical obligations: daily clinical rounds, lead multidisciplinary rounds, assess patients, order and review diagnostic testing, formulate and alter clinical plans of care, prescribe appropriate treatments within scope.
- Collaborate with patients and families to provide continuity of care, teaching, and maintain high patient/family satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to staff concerns, stabilize patients, seek consultation as needed.
- Follow evidence‑based practice guidelines, prevent complications, protect patient well‑being.
- Obtain and organize data to assist attending and consulting physicians with admissions, consultations, progress notes, discharges; physician responsible for documentation.
- Demonstrate measurable impact: increase patient satisfaction, decrease acute care events, prevent adverse events, champion nurse‑driven protocols, drive mechanical ventilation liberation rates.
- Act as mentor to bedside clinical staff; provide leadership for clinical initiatives.
- Maintain high ethical standards and follow all company service standards.
- Annually update NP professional portfolio; perform other duties as assigned.
- Permanent State Registered Nurse License and Certificate of Authority.
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
- National Nurse Practitioner Certification (Adult, Acute Care, or Family) through AANP or ANCC.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge and skills related to care of adolescent through advanced age necessary.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
