Overview

Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional, resident-centered care in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community. This role supports mentoring nursing staff, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and hands-on care to create a safe, healing environment for residents.

• Provide skilled nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with accuracy and compassion
• Monitor and document resident health changes, responding promptly and professionally
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and other care team members

Promote a safe, supportive, and resident-first environment.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
