About the Role

Join Hillman Family Automotive as an Auto Repair Service Advisor, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. In this role, you'll ensure that every vehicle repair is handled with care and precision, providing exceptional service in a friendly and professional environment.

Greet customers and assess their automotive repair needs with a friendly demeanor.

Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers clearly.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Manage customer follow-ups and maintain communication throughout the repair process.

Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience.

Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques to provide informed recommendations.

Assist in managing inventory and ordering parts as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive-related education is a plus.

Proven experience in an automotive service advisor role or similar position is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.

Valid driver’s license; ASE certification is a bonus.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Must have strong drive to compete and to serve. This is not your ordinary job.
