This is a full‑time position.

• Ensuring that the plants are supplied with enough raw substrates to keep the plants from shutting down.
• Assist maintenance personnel with general maintenance of plant equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front‑end loader, loading area, raw material storage area in the plant and to assist in general plant cleanliness when needed.
• Completing operator care assessments of equipment.
• Ensure that the instructions given from the lead operator or supervisor are followed through concerning which bin to fill, what type fertilizer to load and how much to load.
• Completes LOTO of equipment for maintenance or operational issues.
• Routinely work in confined spaces (drums/mixers) with pneumatic tools for entire shifts.

• Minimum High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.

• Minimum of one‑year experience driving a front‑end loader preferred.

• Must have basic knowledge in manufacturing environment.
• Must be self‑motivated and can work independently.
• Must be able to read and interpret production schedule.
• Must have basic computer skills to navigate through multiple screens and input data.

• Communicating with internal and external customers – must be able to talk, hear, see, and comprehend.
• Mobility of arms – Must be able to reach and use arms to manipulate small objects.
• Mobility inside the plant – Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to move and work in tight confined spaces for extended periods of time.

• Work is routinely performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface, with frequent exposure to both internal and external environment.
• Frequent exposure to severe weather conditions, both heat and cold.
• Frequent exposure to dust, and noise levels that exceed a normal threshold.

• Must wear steel‑toed boots.
• Recommended:
  Safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, back brace, and safety attire as noted by guides provided in specific areas. These items will be provided by Harrell’s upon request.
• Personal Protective Equipment must be worn in accordance with SDS Recommendations.
