As an Assistant General Manager, you are second in command of a successful business. Working with your Restaurant General Manager, you grow the business by making every customer feel special. And when you do, you get rewarded in a big way. This is a transition position where you prepare to become a Restaurant General Manager.

• Provide a top‑note guest experience
• Prepare our world‑famous chicken at the highest quality standards
• Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen product according to specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure one‑hundred percent customer satisfaction
• Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
• Managing financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance
• Maintain and order inventory and supplies
• Train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Address in‑store issues and communicate plans to the team
• Ensure all staff are following health, safety and security codes

• Possess organization skills with the ability to multitask
