POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT DOES A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST DO?

Engage and excite new candidates, guiding them through the entire recruitment life-cycle. You will become an expert on process and productivity driven recruitment! Learning and growing in your role will be your primary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Travel off-site to attract qualified candidates by posting flyers, networking through the community, and attending job fairs
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations with ideas for new advertising channels, drive employee referral contests, and manage open house events
  • Conduct criminal background checks and drug screens
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner
  • Complete daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities
  • Maintain employment records for future reference
