• Maintain Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) platforms (Sedex, Eco Vadis etc)
• Oversee ESG data collection from internal and external stakeholders
• ESG Disclosures and Sustainability Reporting
• ESG Risk Management and Peer Benchmarking
• Monitor ESG standards and lead Strategic Sustainability Initiatives

• A passion for all things Sustainability, Analytics, Continuous Improvement and ESG;
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Environmental Science and Sustainability, or a related discipline;
• Strong understanding of ESG Frameworks, ASX and AASB‑S2 reporting requirements;
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change and compliance across all business units;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on preparing agency responses, board reports and disclosure content;
• Proficient in the use of data analysis and visualisation tools (Excel, Power
  
  BI etc);
• Ability to interpret ESG data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
• A self‑starter, with the ability to remain motivated and achieve targets in a stand‑alone role.
