Position: End User Specialist - Sacramento/Central Valley Area

This critical role will act as liaison between end‑user customers and our internal sales team. Promote products and increase sales by developing relationships with end users, understanding how the product is used in the field and collecting, analyzing feedback provided by end users and generating brand loyalty.

Essential Job Functions
  • Identify and develop relationships with contractors, trade schools and end users and promote IDEAL product line to increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research, attend trade shows, and visit job sites to assist the sales team in identifying new customer targets.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador by providing sales expertise, product knowledge and customers service to end users.
  • Interpret sales goals and objectives and ensure sales activities meet or exceed targets.
  • Aggressively follow up on sales lead and provide information as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Actively engage in responsibilities and initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Comply with and contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes and procedures.
  • Contributes to a collaborative, team‑oriented workplace, which may include other duties as assigned.
  • Goal orientated individual with strong communication skills with an ability to relate and win the trust of end users.
  • Creative problem solver and ability to creatively resolve customer problems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a business focus preferred.
  • 1-5 Years related experience sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within domestic region.

The expected annual salary for this position is between $66,932.00 and $90,023.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
