Salary:
Commission or Base Pay + Commission, Bonuses, and uncapped income; first year OTE $50,000 - $90,000

Company: CPS, Inc. is looking for professionals with agency/external recruiting and outside sales experience.

What You'll Do

Be a Full‑Cycle Recruiter
Identify and win new clients through outbound outreach
Build long‑term client partnerships
Source, interview, and place top‑tier candidates for clients

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Love chasing (and closing) new business
Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial

Preferences

Recruiting experience for an external recruiting firm
Motivation for commission work
