* ** Patient Care:**  +
** Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.**  +
** Provide personal care, including oral hygiene and making the patient comfortable at their bedside.**  +
** Support patient mobility by helping with transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises.**
* ** Health Monitoring and Recording:**  +
** Measure and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.**  +
** Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.**  +
** Document patient care, condition, and progress accurately.**
* ** Support and Environment:**  +
** Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.**  +
** Ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment for residents.**  +
** Assist other STNAs and nurses as directed.**
* ** Nutrition and Hydration:**  +
** Serve meals and snacks and assist with ensuring nutritional needs are met.**  +
** Monitor food and fluid intake as needed
