Duties And Responsibilities

As Shuttle Driver / Guest Services Hosts, I will assume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

• Deliver and pick-up guest, host or requested items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested and escort guests accordingly throughout the resort.
• Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with departments for transfer related issues and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects.
• Maintain an accurate working knowledge of the local area, streets and directions.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

To execute the position of Shuttle Driver / Guest Services Hosts, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Technical skills include basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle repair and parts and I possess a valid driving license to operate the require type of vehicle with good standing driving record. I have the confidence and experience in handling luxury vehicles.
• Fluent in French & English
• EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required
