We are hiring a dependable and safety-minded School Van Driver to join our transportation team immediately. This position plays a vital role in safely transporting students to and from school.
Position: School Van Driver
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule:20 hours per week minimum
Location: Vans typically leave from the Transportation Garage in Sullivan, ME.
- Safely transport students along assigned routes
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers
- Follow all traffic laws and school transportation policies
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required for school van driving, but helpful)
- Dependable, punctual, and caring with children
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
- Previous experience working with students preferred but not required
- Competitive pay
