Eine Stiftung für Menschen mit Behinderungen sucht ab sofort eine:n Sozialpädagog:in für die Aussenwohngruppe in Fehraltorf im Pensum von 80%. Die
Aufgaben umfassen die Begleitung der Klient:innen im Alltag, die Dokumentation ihrer Fortschritte sowie die aktive Mitgestaltung im Team. Ideale Bewerber:innen haben einen Abschluss als Sozialpädagog:in und Erfahrung in der Förderung von Menschen.
