Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat hat eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem sozialen Bereich und Erfahrung in der Jugendarbeit. Teamarbeit in einem unterstützenden Umfeld wird großgeschrieben, und es wird viel Gestaltungsfreiraum angeboten.
