Der/die Bewerber/in sollte über einen anerkannten Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik verfügen und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen mitbringen. Teamfähigkeit und ein kreativer Ansatz in der Lösungsfindung sind ebenso wichtig wie ein Führerschein Kat.
