• Relevant industry experience in application, R&D, or product development within food, health, nutrition, food supplements, or pharma, with solid exposure to B2B ingredients or flavors.
• Technical foundation (Chemistry, Food Science, Pharma, or related) with hands‑on expertise in food formulation, flavor application, processing, and translating customer and regional needs into differentiated solutions.
• Customer‑centric mindset, able to understand nuanced technical needs and shape high‑quality, distinctive value using application technology.
• Innovation and problem‑solving capability, leveraging scientific and market insights to build impactful products and creative technical solutions beyond conventional approach
• Excellent communication, able to engage effectively across scientific, technical, commercial, and customer audiences.
