We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative to expand Ecuacao’s presence in Switzerland and international markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about premium food products, understands B2B and B2C sales dynamics, and thrives in a relationship‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, sales visits, networking events, and social media.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demos: Deliver tailored product presentations to chocolatiers, pastry chefs, retailers, corporate clients, and distributors.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat orders and upselling.
- CRM & Reporting: Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Brand Representation: Represent Ecuacao at trade fairs, tastings, and professional events.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive
- Passion for premium chocolate, gastronomy, or fine foods
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and results‑oriented
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, agile team
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales
, preferably in food, chocolate, or FMCG - Experience in B2B sales (HORECA, retail, distributors) is highly desirable
- Fluent in English, French and German (Spanish is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with Swiss market nuances to tailor strategies that resonate with local customers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Monthly and annual sales revenue targets
