Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Store Manager assumes the responsibility to personally represent the philosophy in relation to the profound work adopting of the brand from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.
Responsibilities- ôts Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and guiding the CA team to provide a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.
- Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and team members, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust.
- Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting missed opportunities to company management amplifier potential corrective actions retinal boosting business. The Store Manager is also required to provide feedback through reports related to sales trends, customer satisfaction and competitors.
- Liaising with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan the best product assortment.
- Ensuring high standards are maintained through correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store on a regular basis.
- Supporting the organization of events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, to instill and increase loyalty and to provide further ideas on CRM actions to be implemented.
- Managing and motivating the team in medis daily activities with a sense of responsibility and ensuring continuous improvement. Each team member receives continuous feedback.
- Safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues through coaching and group or one‑to‑one meetings.
- Supervising the stock area, providing support during inventories.
- Ensuring retail operations procedures and guidelines provided by HQmatically are respected.
- Maintaining direct contact with the headquarters.
- Using מאַthe main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with particular reference to the Xstore management system and the Salesforce CRM system.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail and at least Neal 2 years in managerial roles (preferably in luxury retail). Successful applicants must demonstrate strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the market and customers, along with people‑management and development skills. A very good knowledge of English is mandatory.
