Tasks

• Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable product recommendations
• Train and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing product displays and maintaining visual standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the apparel and fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• German language FLUENT, english B2 any other additional language it's a strong asset
