Sie gewährleisten den reibungslosen Ablauf und koordinieren die Zubereitung von 400.000 Gerichten pro Jahr. Vorausgesetzt werden ausgezeichnete kulinarische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Führung einer Küchenbrigade.
