Location: Villars-sur-Ollon

Un hôtel de luxe en Suisse recherche un Chef de Cuisine afin de superviser la cuisine et de gérer les équipes. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en arts culinaires, une expérience dans un établissement haut de gamme et des compétences solides en techniques culinaires. Sous la direction du Chef Exécutif, il sera responsable de la création de menus saisonniers, de la gestion des coûts alimentaires et de la formation du personnel.

Disponibilité requise pour travailler les soirs et week-ends.
