Location: Villars-sur-Ollon

Un hôtel alpin de luxe à Villars-sur-Ollon recrute un Sous-Chef pour assister le Chef adjoint. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en arts culinaires et une expérience en cuisine haut de gamme. Les responsabilités incluent l'encadrement de l'équipe, la création de menus gastronomiques et la supervision des normes de qualité. Excellente maîtrise des techniques culinaires et compétences en gestion requises.

Le poste nécessite également la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Une expérience dans un environnement exigeant est appréciée.
