Un resort urbain unique à Genève recherche un(e) Assistant Chef Sommelier pour optimiser la satisfaction de la clientèle et gérer le service des vins. Le candidat idéal est diplômé d'une école hôtelière, possède une expérience de 4 ans dans un restaurant étoilé ou une brasserie de luxe, et parle français et anglais. Ce poste exige une excellente présentation, un bon sens relationnel et des compétences en gestion de cave.
La connaissance du logiciel Ikentoo est un atout.
