We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee laboratory processes and systems across EMEA internal manufacturing sites. This key position will guide quality lab controls, system implementation, and compliance initiatives.

Work Location: Hybrid
The Quality Control Laboratory Process and System Manager is the EMEA contact for lab process and system requirements and processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Support directions, impact analysis and implementation plans for global and regional initiatives and regulations.
- Understand the compliance landscape, ensuring active participation in community practices, meetings, and governance.
- Deploy lab strategy and systems roadmap for quality labs.
- Partner with R&D for end‑to‑end test method life cycles, compliance updates, and complex lab investigations.
- Participate in regional laboratory councils, COP, and ensure EMEA representation in global initiatives.
- Build capability in the region via transformational programs and rapid adoption of best‑in‑class practices.
- Transversal lead a team of site lab leaders and SMEs, creating a regional community of practice.
- Support EMEA lab investment budget proposals; define prioritization consistent with targets and execution.
- Govern implementation of defined Key Laboratory Performance Indicators (KPIs) under internal lab responsibility; monitor execution, identify risks or opportunities, and report findings to EMEA and sites Q&C management.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel, quality assurance, technical teams, and regulatory affairs to support governance, technology, and processes for seamless improvement and standardization across the region.
- Drive change management activities related to process, fostering a change mindset while ensuring compliance across sites.
- Coordinate with digital and global system teams to identify critical processes; implement solutions that measurably improve laboratory efficacy and efficiency.
- Support quality excellence initiatives through continuous improvement, best practices, feedback, and industry advancements to optimize performance and compliance.
- 20% domestic travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical/physical sciences, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics or similarly regulated field.
- Significant experience in Quality Control Laboratories (and/or analytical, micro, stability).
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across organizational levels.
- Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and make informed decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional/local/cross‑functional partners.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
