Responsible for the organization and implementation of youth specific sport development.

• The CCPS District Activities Director supervises this position.
• The HHS/CCHS BB Head Coach will provide directives and potential plans to be implemented.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Past experience in BB and/or organization of youth leagues is preferred.

• Organizing or assist in the organization of youth leagues, competitions, camps, skill development, etc.
• Communication of these activities with community.
• Organizing or assist in organizing of an entity or Board to oversee the financial aspects of these activities if applicable.
• Assist in fundraising.
• Other duties as assigned.

• $6500 stipend position.
• Minimum of 1 individual up to a maximum of 3.
• In the event, more than 1 individual is hired for this position, the District Activities Director and the Head Coach will identify one individual as the Director and the other or others will be identified as coordinator/coordinators.

• Job performance evaluation will be conducted in accordance with provisions of the policy on Evaluation of Coaches.
• The District Activities Director along with the HHS/CCHS BB Head Coach will conduct evaluation.
