Verantwortlichkeiten
- Planung und Koordination der Produktionsläufe sowie Überwachung der Auslastung
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sauberkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft der Maschinen
- Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in der ESG-Fertigung und Schleiferei
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Sinne des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP)
- Shopfloor-Management zur Steuerung von Qualität, Leistung und Terminen
- Kontrolle von Lagerbeständen, Bestellprozessen und Inventuren
- Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheitsmassnahmen und Einhaltung interner sowie gesetzlicher Richtlinien
