Aufgaben gehören die fachliche Anleitung des Teams, Qualitätskontrollen und die Führung von Produktionsrapporte. Bewerber:innen sollten eine Grundausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich oder als Anlagenführer:in haben sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2). Flexibilität und ein ausgeprägtes hygienisches Bewusstsein sind notwendig.
