Production Operator

We are seeking a Production Operator to support pharmaceutical manufacturing activities at our Visp site on a 10-month on-site contract. The role involves executing production processes in a GMP-regulated environment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Execute manufacturing steps according to SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Operate and monitor production equipment in cleanroom environments
• Accurately complete batch documentation and perform calculations
• Identify, document, and report process deviations
• Support troubleshooting activities on the production floor
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members

• Completed education in chemistry, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical technology
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production preferred
• Knowledge of GMP regulations
• Basic understanding of process engineering
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Fluent English;
  German is an advantage
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (early / late / night, including possible weekends)

• Cleanroom environment with full gowning
• 3-shift rotation system
