Horticultural Technician 100% (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Apply best practices in plant care, soil management, pest control, and other methods for research greenhouse projects
• Propagation, cloning, planting, irrigation, and care of plants
• Monitoring climate data, irrigation parameters, and overall plant health
• Strict adherence to research protocols and environmental parameters
• Execution of drying, curing, and stabilization processes
• Maintenance and calibration of research and breeding facilities
• General site maintenance tasks such as leaf removal

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in a technical cannabis production environment, or a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a Gardener, or a comparable qualification
• Expert knowledge of cannabis plant physiology and post-harvest workflows
• Confident handling of automated irrigation systems, climate sensors, and digital data collection
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on consistency in a high-throughput environment
• Proficiency in Office
  365 (Excel, Word, etc.) is an advantage
• Willingness to work weekends to ensure continuous plant care
