Die Ausbildung findet in einem modernen Betrieb statt und bietet Einblicke in verschiedene Produktionslinien sowie Abteilungen. Die berufliche Grundbildung endet nach drei Jahren mit dem Eidgenössischen Fähigkeitszeugnis. Bewerber sollten Interesse an der Lebensmittelindustrie und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mitbringen.
