Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, avec une formation en qualité. Le poste nécessite l'identification et l'analyse des non-conformités, la mise en place d'actions préventives et correctives, ainsi que la participation à des projets d'amélioration continue. Une connaissance des modes de fabrication horlogers est un plus.
