Ein führendes Verpackungsunternehmen in der Schweiz sucht einen Produktionsleiter im Bereich Aluminium Deep Drawing. In dieser Rolle leiten Sie ein Team von 24 Mitarbeitenden in einem hochautomatisierten Umfeld. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die Verantwortung für die Produktqualität, die Einsatz- und Schichtplanung sowie die Implementierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. Erwartet werden eine technische Grundausbildung, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion und nachweisbare Führungskompetenzen.
Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englisch von Vorteil.
