Production Operator

Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of production activities in accordance with safety regulations and cGMP quality standards
- Detect, assess, and resolve deviations in production processes
- Carry out defined production steps, including accurate documentation, data entry, and calculations
- Assist in the training and integration of new team members
- Completed vocational training in chemistry, biopharmaceuticals, or a related technical field
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g., operator, production technician)
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
- Solid understanding of process engineering principles
- Fluency in English;
German language skills are an advantage
Start: ASAP
