Client Description :
We are currently assisting our client, a global leader in biopharmaceuticals, in their search for a Technician Clinical Packaging to join their team in Schachen, Lucerne (LU), Switzerland. The company is committed to developing innovative therapies that improve patients’ quality of life and save lives.
This role focuses on clinical packaging operations for investigational medicinal products, including filling, labeling, and packaging activities in compliance with GMP standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with technical equipment, and thrives in a structured environment.
The perfect candidate is a detail-oriented team player with 1–3 years of experience in GMP pharmaceutical packaging, skilled in operating packaging equipment, documenting processes accurately, and fluent in German with SAP and MS Office knowledge
Responsibilities- Perform manual or semi-automatic filling of solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) into primary packaging.
- Label and package clinical trial materials according to SOPs and packaging instructions.
- Operate packaging machines and technical equipment.
- Document activities in logbooks, packaging-specific documentation, and electronic batch records.
- Execute SAP transactions and ensure correct handling of assigned packaging operations.
- Report deviations or special occurrences immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain strict adherence to GMP and internal compliance standards.
- Experience in packaging or pharmaceutical operations (GMP environment preferred).
- Team-oriented with a precise, structured, and efficient work style.
- Enjoys working with technical devices and machines.
- Fluent German;
English is an advantage but not mandatory. - Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
