Eine führende Rehabilitationsklinik in der Nordwestschweiz sucht einen Departementsmanager (m/w/d) für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Leitung interner Projekte, unterstützen die Departementsleitung in der operativen Führung und entwickeln betriebswirtschaftliche Konzepte. Voraussetzung sind eine Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Klinikmanagement sowie hervorragende Kommunikations- und IT-Kenntnisse. Englischkenntnisse sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Es erwartet Sie ein innovatives Arbeitsumfeld mit über 750 Mitarbeitenden.
