In dieser Schlüsselrolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung des Feuerwehrinspektorats, die Qualitätssicherung der Feuerwehrleistungen und die Ausbildung der Feuerwehrangehörigen. Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Hochschulabschluss, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Feuerwehr-Kaderfunktion sind unerlässlich. Sie sollten zudem über Führungskompetenz und digitale Affinität verfügen.
