Successful, efficient and process-compliant implementation of strategic / complex product development projects, taking into account the needs of all stakeholders.

• Implementation of complex global product development projects in the medical environment
• Technical leadership of global interdisciplinary project teams
• Manage the schedule, as well as cost and functional goals of the project
• Assign and monitor tasks within the project team
• Create and update project plans and required documentation
• Apply, improve and ensure adherence to defined processes
• Establish and maintain an required project structure and create a culture of accountability
• Reporting of the project status in GATE and milestone meeting

• Completed technical studies with further training in business administration
• At least 5years of experience as a project manager in device development in the MDR environment, preferably for plastic components in injection molding
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (German is an advantage)
• Project management certification is a plus
• Team player with a high level of initiative and motivation to lead projects to success
