Aufgaben wie die Steuerung des Reklamationswesens, die Erstellung von KPI-Auswertungen und die Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter. Erwartet werden mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein motiviertes Team erwarten dich.
