- Personalplanung und Personaleinsatz (Termin- und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter)
- Disposition und Materialbewirtschaftung
- Grundbildung als Gipser oder Trockenbauer
- Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement erwünscht
- Führungsfähigkeiten, gute Teamfähigkeit
- EDV-Kennnisse (Word, Excel etc.)
- Führerausweis
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
