Vice President Corporate Communications & Change (all genders)

Group Function

We offer a strategic Group role in which you shape Datwyler’s culture and corporate narrative, drive transformation communication and strengthen leadership alignment across the organization. Reporting to the SVP Corporate Communications & Investor Relations and leading one direct report, you steer the internal communication strategy, ensure top-down clarity and drive a coherent, Group-wide change approach that reinforces culture, strategy and brand consistency.

Your responsibilities
  • Drive clear communication of priorities, strategy, culture and change across the Group.
  • Advice and enable the Leadership Team in communicating transformation and strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Lead the internal communication strategy, including messaging cascades, engagement formats and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and manage a global change and ambassador network, including KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Corporate Communication Standards & Events
  • Ensure Group-wide communication standards, narrative consistency and brand coherence across all channels.
  • Oversee communication and Power Point presentations for key corporate events such as AGM, CMD, HY/FY and contribute to the design and execution of global leadership events.
  • Safeguard quality of presentations, corporate publications, messaging guidelines and communication tools.
  • Support financial communication and ensure alignment with IR messaging and broader corporate narratives.
Content Strategy & Storytelling
  • Lead an integrated Group-wide content strategy across channels and audiences.
  • Ensure aligned storytelling for corporate, leadership, financial and transformation communication.
  • Govern editorial planning and creation of core communication assets.
Our requirements
  • 10+ years in corporate or change communications or related fields such as Corporate development in an international, stock-listed environment with first leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and major transformation programs. Strong facilitation skills and ability to train and influence on all levels.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, editing and narrative structuring skills, including and translating into Power Point Presentations. Excellent command of German and English
  • Strong foundation in communication standards, content development and event communication.
  • Strategic, structured and hands‑on with strong attention to quality.
  • Collaborative, culturally aware and resilient under pressure.
