Elementary Head Custodian

Overview

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Districtwide Elementary Head Custodian. This position will assume delegated responsibility and accountability for the operation and maintenance of the building, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, swimming pool and the mechanical equipment supporting all these physical plant systems in a manner that helps ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment.

• High School or GED equivalent and at least four years' experience in a comparable building and grounds operation and maintenance function.
• State of Minnesota Chief Class C or 1-C boiler licensure is required.
• Certified pool operators' license where applicable.

$26.95-$31.98 (Based on education and experience). Richfield Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefit package.
