The Pickerington Local School District seeks qualified applicants for a full time Assistant Supervisor - Custodial to serve district-wide needs.

Candidates must have previous work experience and knowledge of custodial, maintenance and grounds work.

To supervise custodial personnel as directed by the Chief Operations Officer to ensure proper completion of all assigned duties and responsibilities with an established preventative maintenance system.

• High school diploma and technical school training directly related to building systems
• Extensive knowledge in building operations involving electricity, plumbing, welding, carpentry and other related areas
• Ability to read, follow, troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and hydronic systems using blueprints and wiring schematics and take this information and recommend needed repairs and/or adjustments to the custodial/maintenance supervisor
• Ability to supervise personnel assigned to maintaining buildings and grounds as directed by the custodial/maintenance supervisor
• Ability to follow through to completion the assigned duties and responsibilities of the custodial/maintenance supervisor
• Ability to establish and maintain a preventative management system
• And/or any additional qualifications, training or other credentials, as determined by the Board of Education
