Place of work: 8360 Eschlikon TG

• Carrying out regular inspections to check the condition of the building for damage
• Maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities and technical installations, including sanitary and mechanical systems
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the building technology (heating, air conditioning)
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in and around the company premises
• Simple maintenance of green areas, lawns and the company parking lot
• Carrying out minor repairs to buildings and facilities
• Maintenance of tools and equipment

Your Profile

• Completed training as a plumber and experience in caretaking / building maintenance
• Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of technical systems and equipment
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• High level of independence, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
• Good communication and teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in emergencies and outside regular working hours if required
• Fluent written and spoken German
