We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager with solid experience in supply chain management, demand planning, procurement, logistics, supplier management, process optimization, risk management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the field, strong multilingual skills, and proficiency in ERP software and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement supply‑chain strategies, carry out demand and procurement planning, and manage inventory levels.
- Identify, select, and negotiate with suppliers, and maintain long‑term relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Coordinate transport and distribution, ensure on‑time deliveries, monitor logistics costs, and optimise transport networks.
- Analyse and improve supply‑chain processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and use ERP software and SCM systems.
- Identify supply‑chain risks, develop mitigation measures, manage disruptions, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
- Handle operational administrative tasks and, if required, support daily accounting and payment processing activities.
- Proficiency in English and German, good knowledge of Italian. Other languages are considered an asset.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in the supply‑chain field, with hands‑on expertise in planning, logistics, procurement, and supplier management.
- Solid experience working with ERP systems.
- Excellent command of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply‑Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of international regulations related to import/export.
- Experience working in multinational companies or international environments.
