Director Supply Planning

You will report directly to our Sr Director Materials Management, and you’ll work out of our Rolle, Switzerland location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our supply chain operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and enhancing overall operational performance.

• As the Director of Supply Planning, you will have the ownership of the Network Supply / Inventory Planning strategy and execution for your assigned business or channel.
• You will support your SBG ISC Planning VP to set the vision and goals for your Supply / Inventory Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve this.
• You will oversee the monthly planning cycle for your network, and ensure finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.
• Ensure the SIOP / S&OP / IBP processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top-tier delivery performance for our customers.
• Accelerate team goals / objectives through process and systems implementation, including developing improved maturity in planning tools.
• Partner and drive alignment across the business to achieve standard processes, ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply / Inventory Planning, and fully utilize the Kinaxis Rapid Response planning tool within your business.
• Defining the Vision & Driving Strategy for Supply / Inventory Planning and Execution
• Driving Transformation initiative and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption
• Driving and Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence
• Build a culture of highly skilled and talented professionals in preparation for progression within Honeywell
• Managing the Supply / Inventory Planning function and process
• Oversea Physical Network Planning with Logistics & Inventory
• Setting Policies around Service Level Strategies with the Business
• Actively manage relationships with suppliers & Other regional distributions centre & planning team
• Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication / elevate
• Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI / EOL / Promotion / Projects / PLC
• Detailed involvement in transition execution
• Approving the monthly Supply Plan
• Chairing SIOP Supply Review Meetings
• Attending Other SIOP meetings
• Presenting Supply Plans and Scenarios in the Reconciliation and EXEC SIOP meeting

• Extensive experience in Supply Planning, operations planning / scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
• Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (. Rapid Response, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
• SIOP / S&OP / IBP Knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers
• Travel up to 20%
