• You are part of our core team
• You design web and print projects, contribute to Webflow builds, and work directly with clients
• You are not just executing, you think critically and question
• You stand behind your design decisions. Internally and externally

• Design web interfaces, layouts, and components
• Contribute to selected print projects
• Support Webflow projects, including structure, content, and styling
  
  Evolve existing design systems
• Join client meetings and clearly communicate design solutions
• Collaborate closely with design and development

• Background in Interactive Media Design, Mediamatics, Graphic Design, or similar. Self-taught is welcome.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Strong sense for layout, typography, and structure
• Confident in Figma
• Experience in web design
• Basic Webflow knowledge or strong willingness to learn
• Professional and confident in client interactions
• Structured and independent way of working

• Fluent in German or French
• Good English

• Agency experience
• Comfort presenting and speaking with clients
• Interest in brands, design systems, and structured conceptual work
• High personal quality standards
