Verantwortung
- Erste Anlaufstelle für IT‑Fragen und Störungen;
Analyse, Lösung oder Weiterleitung - Betreuung von Workstations, Geräten und Applikationen inkl. Bestellung, Setup und Lifecycle
- Sicherer und stabiler Betrieb der Telefonie‑ und Kommunikationssysteme
- Technische Umsetzung und Tests neuer Releases
- Dokumentation von Störungen sowie Pflege der Knowledge‑Base
- Einführung neuer Mitarbeitender und Unterstützung bei IT‑Security-Themen
- Mitwirkung in Projekten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Team und externen Partnern
- Erfahrung oder Weiterbildung im IT‑Support oder Applikationsmanagement
- Serviceorientiert, kommunikativ und geduldig
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu erklären
- Analytisches Denken und gutes technisches Verständnis
- Flexibel für Einsätze an verschiedenen Standorten und teamorientiert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
