Delivery Project Executive – Source to & Procurement; f​/m​/x

As a Delivery Project Executive – Source to Pay & Procurement, you will lead procurement transformation programs, enabling clients to modernize sourcing, purchasing, and supplier collaboration through SAP Ariba and SAP MM solutions.

• Lead S2P transformation programs from sourcing to invoice processing.
• Drive adoption of SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and integrated procurement platform.
• Help the client build their product portfolio by researching the industry trends and leveraging the SMEs in IBM.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior business leaders.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions across consulting, cloud, data, and

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, and delivery organizations.
• Act as the primary client point of contact for project delivery, risk management, and issue resolution.

• 10+ years in procurement transformation or ERP delivery.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.
• Proven experience delivering SAP Ariba or MM programs.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT or business transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or equivalent).
• CPG/ FMCG industry experience is required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Swiss / EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit.

• Experience in supplier collaboration and contract management experience.
• Experience in Global procurement rollouts.
• Familiarity with IBM tools, processes, and delivery governance frameworks.
• Certification in PMP or Agile methodologies.
• French or German language is an asset.
