- Übernahme komplexer Kundenanfragen vom 1st Level Support
- Analyse & Diagnose technischer Probleme
- Koordination von Software-Rollouts und Testing
- Erstellung von Skripten (.NET/C#, VB, SQL)
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Kunden
- Technische Ausbildung oder Bachelor-Abschluss
- Erfahrung im 2nd Level Support
- Kenntnisse in SQL, Netzwerkinfrastruktur und IT-Systemen
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch & Französisch
- Familiäres Team & unkomplizierte Kultur
